On July 18th, London’s electronic rap artist, Tricky, will be releasing his much anticipated single, ‘Time To Dance,’ from his full length album titled Mixed Race on Domino Records, and the remixes have begun to surface. Luckily, two of these remixes come from two of my favorite producers from the UK: the 23 year old DJ/producer blowing up charts with her new Focus Now EP, Maya Jane Coles, and the Pigeonhole This! label boss fresh off of his month-long tour with Rusko, Doorly. Each has a unique twist on the original that Tricky says is “the closest [he's] ever gonna get to disco.”

Lifting the very famous bass riff from Peter Gunn theme, Tricky is back with an all new album called, “Mixed Race”.   This particular track is a cover version of a dance hall hit from Echo Minnott.
