Nic and Mark Fanciulli‘s Saved Records is always a one-stop shop for good House tunes, and today we’ve been sent over two releases that are on-point as usual. The first EP comes from Andrea Oliva, the Basel-based producer known for his Tech House prowess as seen in previous releases on Hideout, Cadenza, and others. The Out Of Town EP is a two-track set of rollers that was just released on Beatport today, and a must grab if you’ve never heard any of his other work.
The second gift we received from Saved today is a new single, ‘Sacrifice,’ from labelhead Mark Fanciulli. Again, it perfectly resembles the Saved sound and will make its debut the 27th of February. Head on after the jump to stream!

“Charlie Bit Me” is a bouncy tech-house number, albeit a bit cheeky thanks to some help from a somewhat well known internet phenomenon from 2011.
The tune gets a driving disco-influenced makeover from Southern Fried stalwart and man-of-the-moment BIRDEE.
The other cut on the EP takes another internet meme and thankfully it’s use is kept to a tasteful minimum. “Tiger Blood” bubbles with a deep kick taking the tune to the underground.
There’s an extremely tasty remix on this one from FELIX LEITER too.
We really took some care to select these 40 tracks, this playlist has been weeks in the making, take very good care of it, comment below and let us know what you think.
I’ll answer your first question and yes, the girl in the image above is shae b. The sexy, sultry DJ has been picking up steam in Los Angeles over the past year — playing everywhere from the Avalon to Drai’s Hollywood to the Playboy Mansion — bringing her signature Deep Tech House sound to eager ears around the city. We expect 2012 to be a big year for shae b., and we’re happy to premiere her first LIVE mix on GDD™ today. Perfect for late nights, early mornings, and the afterparty, this mix features pure gold in music selection and mixing. √++
