It's the Supersound

So, my life is going 50 miles per second. Schools catching up on me and it seems my stuff is more interesting than I thought. I wish I had more time to listen to music because that world is becoming more and more exciting, I’m anticipating a good year. That’s my excuse, take it. New Feist album, I know, isn’t this an electro blog? No! Not completely. Also the new Justice album which I’m hoping is great despite that awful remix. Yeah okay, that’s about it, but I have good vibes. I totally missed the new SebastiAn and Carte Blanche albums coming from Ed Banger, more stuff for me to catch up on. I decided today not to post the newest tracks out there, but ones by my favorite musicians/producers. First is the Falcon Punch edit of Moullinex Lover In Me Ah Moulinex, how I miss thee. Please do some more remixes, I know your original stuff is great and probably more important but your remixes were pure gold. Second is the Breakbot remix of Pnau Baby which I was shown is on the GT5 soundtrack. And lastly, the Robotaki remix of Kavinsky. Old but still, I love everything Robotaki makes. Oh, and thanks Sam for the image.

Further strengthening their run towards a championship in 2011, the ’96 bulls have added a few more all stars to their roster. Coming in right before trade deadline is the jump starting ‘disco electronic ‘treehouse’ remix, by rookie sensation ‘Gold Fields’ out of Melbourne. The original is an upbeat indie jam reportedly unearthed on triple j. After a strong first half of the season, the original has been beefed up and is sure to shock a few opponents in upcoming matches with it’s new found swagger.

The next member of the squad is a big big remix of a big big group called PNAU. The remix brings the melodrama, however much like Ron artest in the 2010 lakers, under the right coach, the temper has been tamed into something that only adds to the growing winning culture of the team. With the now trademark girth of the ’96 bulls in the mix, and a few tribal elements, the flavours definitely in this bad boy.
