If there's one nu disco producer who has been consistently dishing out quality tune after tune this year, it's Bit Funk. This Chicago-based Canuck has been featured here a number of times, but just in case you've been sleeping, then do yourself a favor and catch up with his remixes of Joman and Binary's LexiconDon (the latter of which saw plenty of blog love last week). Yo. I want to take the time to thank everyone for your submissions. There’s been a shit tonne of material coming in and it’s impossible to keep up. We don’t mind reminders.

VELCRO CITY RECORDS sent a shwack of house music. Here’s the scoop. First up we have an upcoming track by DJ VANISH which should see a late September release. “AM Love” is a synth heavy house tune flashing back to romantic memories of dancing and love. Vanish has been busy on the remix tip but this is his first original mix in over a year.

JQUINTEL comes along with a techy boot of Pixie Lott’s “Mama Do.” He loads it with tonnes of rolling percussion, sweeping pads, fx stabs, and pure deliciousness. This track is my favourite of the lot.

Next up we have an indie inspired body rock by DJ HERO. This one brings some nice sliding keys, double layer bassline, and a tiny Billy Idol sample.
