Brandon Sek disbanded his Curb Crawlers blog (one of our favorite blogs period), but don’t worry since he won’t be leaving us in the cold. Chicago, you’re a bunch of lucky kids this Tuesday because Soundbar is being invaded by two of Hot Biscuits favorite groups. In case you didn’t know, that’s Jokers of The Scene and Acid Girls of course! These two have been posted so many times on this blog it would be irresponsible for us to not rep this even! They are both two of the best North American acts right now. Their remixes alone would be reason enough to go see them. However, when you factor in there amazing dj mixes posted on this very site along with countless other sites. You have no reason to miss this event! I repeat, do not miss this event.
So, get prepared to call in sick on Wednesday or skip school because this is being sponsored by Hornitos, a tequila (which I translate to “to kill ya”) brand. You will also be entertained by Mano, Hollywood Holt, Moneypenny and our very own Kid Color. I’m pretty jealous of you Chicagoans right now because I know this will be one of the best parties of the year. I will be in LA that night watching Radioclit, Adam12, Franki Chan, Paul Devro, and Major Taylor at there new party, The Main Event. So, I get an almost equal night of fun minus the free booze.
