We don’t normally post a lot of dubstep on these pages. It’s not intentional – things just swing that way over here.

A couple of tunes from GENTLMAN THIEVES caught my ear though. The intro to the first cut grabbed me right away, in fact I didn’t expect a bass tune. The simple chord progression sat me comfortably into a lazy-boy, while the break in the kick and snare jolted me to my feet. A minute later, the bassline got me to-ing and fro-ing as I’m sure it will with you as well.

The next tune powers-up like Mario in a bonus level. Mixed with some stellar axe work, there’s enough umph here to slaughter the dragon and rescue the princess.
