DRC Music es el nombre del nuevo proyecto de Damon Albarn. En este proyecto participan varios personajes bastante importantes, entre ellos: Richard Russell de XL Recordings, Dan The Automator, Actress, Kwes, T-E-E-D, Jneiro Jarel, Marc Antoine, Alwest, Remi Kabaka, y Rodaidh McDonald. El próximo 8 de Noviembre sacarán Kinshasa One Two, un disco grabado en la ciudad de Kinshasa en Congo. Acá les dejo “Hallo” y un video de lo que fueron esos 5 días de grabación. El día de ayer en el programa de Tim Sweeney Beats in Space, Kid Koala lanzó esta nueva rola en la que el colabora con Dan The Automator y Damon Albarn. La rola no tiene nombre ni se sabe de que proyecto es, pero está bastante interesante, acá la dejo.

Ok so I have been sitting on this for over a week.I am sorry I didn’t share it sooner but I wanted to see the movie in all its glory before sharing these remixes for the movies sound track.The movie was good not great but I will buy a copy on bluray when it comes out.I really wish they would have used Mr.T to play Baracus; But the guy they did cast did an alright job.I would have put more gold on him.Also instead of them driving the Humvee around so much I would have used more of the signature van.One thing is forsure however this soundtrack is going to be killer.With remixes from the likes of MSTRKRFT, M.I.A’s ‘Rye Rye’ and Dan the Automator it will surely be a nice addition to go alongside the movie. below are some tracks from the up and coming soundtrack.Enjoy….

Obviously, this is the one everyone wants to hear. It sounds like MSTRKRFT plain and simple, full of squelchy electro and guitar-like synth tweaked to dance floor perfection.

The delay on this track is quite nice but I wish the track itself would deliver more of a punch. RYE RYE, we wanna go bang!

In my opinion, this is the best produced remix of the bunch. Leave it to DAN THE AUTOMATOR for doing so. Also, this remix gets props for keeping the original flavour from the theme.

The A-Team movie is coming to theaters this summer and a bunch of artists have done remixes of the A-Team theme.
