This week we welcome the Burn The Fire family to CONTROL at the Avalon in Hollywood for a full label showcase. Chris Gaspar and Manuel Luquin, or Cold Blank, head up the label located right here in Los Angeles where they harbor talent from up and coming Electro sensations such as LAZRtag, DJ Arcade, Paradigm, and Prototyperaptor. Should be a loud one folks…

Also, make sure to check out DJ Dodger Stadium (Jerome of LOL Boys + Samo Sound Boy) over in the Honey Lounge if you feel like taking a break from the main stage.

Los Angeles has been taken over by the Mothership this week, and this Friday it lands @ Avalon for whats set to be one of the most insane nights to date (I’m leaving the word “insane” open-ended). Yes, this week CONTROL plays host to the 4th stop on the LA invasion of Skrillex, with powerful support from Kill The Noise and Huoratron. PRE-SALES HAVE SOLD OUT, so if you even want a shred of a chance of getting in you have to ARRIVE EARLY.

Due to the fact, we will have no discount guest list this week (sorry, it’s out of our hands). Doors will open at 9PM and all available tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis – GA will line up on the right side per usual.

Rolling along into the new year, CONTROL brings you a colossal lineup this week @ the Avalon. We welcome back the breakbeat monster duo Stanton Warriors, along with big room terror Bassjackers all the way from the Netherlands. Making his CONTROL debut will the rising gun and GDD favorite Clockwork, along with closing support from Hogwash and our own very BONES opening up the night. Make sure to RSVP and get there early! This event will reach capacity before midnight.

Drop The Lime and AC Slater were some of the first acts that I ever saw at CONTROL, and it’s been great watching the artists and the party grow up together over the past 3 years. This week, the Heavy Bass Champions will return once more to 1735 Vine St. for a full-on takeover, featuring DJ sets from Drop The Lime, AC Slater, Star Eyes, The Captain, and Samo Sound Boy. What a lineup, right? Right.
