For a relatively young duo Monsieur Monsieur have pieced together an impressive career knocking over remixes for Gucci Mane, MYD, Brodinski, The Shoes etc ete along with garnering kudos for their old/new techno sound from street cats Crookers, Surkin, Drop the Lime, Sinden, Mikix, Riton…

To tie in with the release of their own ep ‘Dirty Minded’ on Forma.T Records with remixes from canblaster, kolombo and twist-it, Monsieur Monsieur have sent across a lick of Adam Keshers ‘Hundred Years Later’ from the Changing Natures LP.

Not completely an industrial stomper the remix has been crafted beautifully with heavy lines and crisp hi-hats for a closer slow burn energy.

it would seem in modern times that Adam Kesher have moved on from their 2007 hit with some sporadic releases and are close to finishing the sophomore lp ‘Challenging Nature’.

along the way they have picked up some support from the likes of Chromeo’s Dave One, Phillip Zdar of Cassius, Duck Sauce man A-Trak and Pierrick Devin (Alex Gopher, Cassius, Cut Copy) all chipping in their 2c on the production front (must be good huh).

‘Hour of the Wolf’, the first single off the release takeing elements from the roots of the french 5 piece with the same distinct vocals coupled with fast drumming and heavy keys.

Old fans will admire the familiarity while new ones will enjoy a change in scenery.
