Not 100% how or where the whole 5gum/the5feed campaign appeared from but its starting to work. In a nutshell its a cultural and sensorial idea from Wrigleys to give you, yes YOU the audience a chance to interact with media such as photography, video, music etcetera etcetera.
They publish an image or track and supply stems and layers to allow the diy producer/photog geniues to work their magic and the results interesting with the potential of reaching a huge following.
With image specialists Hobogestapo feeding content and backing from Pedestrian.tv they are creating a fantastic sticky mess (..in Australia anyway).
A featured track on the 5 feed is from Aeons titled ‘Satellites’ and was re-worked by the magical Sergio Roxbury and apart from having an oooozingly euro name he has created a clean, housey chill-tune worthy of any beach party sunrises.
