Whoever went outside, found the first star and wished for Astronomer to remix Glasser- I salute you. Not for the fact you missed the opportunity to wish for a million billion trillion other wishes, that was plain stupid, or even the chance to harbinger the news of world peace, that was also stupid, but more so the consideration to use up your one and only wish so we could all hear this masterpiece of a song. It could be Glasser’s ability to haunt us with her mellifluous vocals or the meandering journey set out by a talismanic Alex Egan, who knows, because here we have a synergy that emulates all the luring power once held by the mythological Sirens. It’s utterly beautiful, yet potentially danceable all the same. Worth a wish? Yes, no, maybe, almost certainly, it depends on how you look at it. Just think- you could have had a lifetime supply of cheesecake.
